What is this and where does it go

When pulling the turbo i heard a metal on concrete sound, cleaning up afterwards i found this underneath, pretty sure it came from near the turbo, maybe under the IC somewhere?

Looks like the nub on the 90 degree coupler for the intercooler to connect to the turbo.  You put a pry bar on it to push the coupler onto the turbo.

ah yea no shit, good call. That red hose isnt even in the car anymore, weird!
Probably came off at the shop and then i bumped it loose or whatever.
