Second to last quote is from The Music Man originally, not sure if thats what you're referring to.
Last quote is idiocracy, specifically referring to Brawndo, the thirst mutilator. It has what plants crave.
Others are classics, but I don't know what movies they're from.
Correct and Correct (though the Idiocracy one was a pretty obvious one).
As for the others, the first one is certainly a classic, the next one
I would call a classic, but it's more of a cult classic. (I also used the more memorable version of the quote, from the TV show, but there's a less poetic version in the movie.)
Some new ones:
"Thou shalt not count to two, unless thou then proceedest to count to three; five is right out."
"Wait, 'Greco?' 'Roman?'"
"Clearly you've never done time in an English Boarding school.""Blinkin, fix your boobs. You look like a bleedin' Picasso."
"I'm a very important man, you know. I have a tower."
"Well, where is it?"
"We had... a disagreement. It left." (This may not be exact, I'm too lazy to look it up, but if anyone's seen the movie, they'll know it anyway.)
