I thought the legal fee was determined as part of the judgement?  I suppose you could add it to the suit...  I'm not very good with law.

if it's so clear cut, and you have records of everything, wouldn't you also sue for the costs of the legal fees anyway?

That's what I'm hoping- and if it's required that I have to physically be present, I may have to try to add that in.  Ugh.

Cliff's:  don't ever let a potential non-delivery issue sit for longer than a week, no matter who you'd have to file a dispute with, be it paypal, your bank, etc.
