Dodge Sprinter work vans
« on: December 19, 2011, 11:46:23 PM »
Me and my father are looking to revamp our fleet vehicles, and are looking for center consoles for our Dodge sprinters. We were trying to find something that could be used to fill out paperwork and such.  Any one on here have one or knows anywhere to look for something like this. Maybe a certain man that works for total tool could have suggestions ?

HAHAHAH.  Dude I use this american van  peice..

It sits inbetween both of the front seats, the clipboard part is kinda inoperable unless you can make your chest touch your legs ..

Works pretty good for some storage of files and what not , good for holding lunch and thermos, flashlight , some small parts.  Ofcourse you have to anchor it down , so getting thru the access door kinda sucks..

I pretty much use a clipboard and good folder dividers for paperwork, printouts and schematics..

You might be able to find something on americanvan.com

Thanks man, i saw that one on there. I didnt know if that would work well. Im mainly in sales so for me organization is the key to my sucess. Just need the right tools. I will have to look again in their magazine.

What did you use to fasten them down?

We have the solid partition because we need to secure softener tanks etc.   So that would be a non-issue.

Totally off subject, but how bad is your truck rusting. Weve got 5 2006's in our fleet and not one is without rust, ecept for mine :)  (thank god for paint and body work). I havent seen one that isnt rusted yet.

Thanks for the help,
Merry Christmas

Well, I didn't wanna go drilling holes in company property so I just anchored it to the cage at the bottom with some brackets. Enough to where if I do get in an accident it will hold. I used 2 " fender washers and machine hardware.
