I think I saw you on the highway the other day, Dom. I was headed north, you were headed south... I meant to post something here about it. Car looks a lot different than the last time I saw it so I wasn't sure if it was you... but these photos confirm that it is entirely possible.

Quote me now while I'm feeling good about it.  I've decided a WRX will be the vehicle that replaces the Jeep.  I can't see paying Evo prices or justifying purchasing a halfassed/beat to death example for the same asinine amount of money.  For an affordable, point to point, all-weather capable performance car, a wagon fits the bill.  A swapped wagon, even better.

I know there really isn't anything different other than the 18's. But it just looks so sexy with these wheels on it.

You can really appreciate the width and offset in this pic:

and I really appreciate the RB5 in this pic:

I should probably take the old pics out of this thread.

If you don't go completely balls out, it's not that bad on the car, aside form the occasional bumper hit.  Definitely not meant for a clean/new lowered car though.

That's more than a light bar on my car.  It's actually an entire front subframe reinforcement that extends back to my transmission.  Also a mount for my skidplate

My car is still stock height and I def dont mind a dirty ride. I may be there next event also.

I remember the talks a while ago about your custom bar, I still want one. If I did get into events like this I think I would def go with it and the skid plate. Seems more like my flavor over autox

Yeah that picture definitely display why one is a huge benefit to the car.  You can see my right rear wheel not touching anything due to the "dip".  skid plate took it like a champ, although I think next time I'll be pulling the SRS fuse just to be safe :lol  I had a couple hits that made me think it'd deploy, but I was BEATING on the car.  Was about 6 seconds off the fastest lap in M4 class on street tires with my fastest lap(my 1:28 and change to their 1:22 and change).  Was also my first time ever doing an RX too  :-D
