Rear Diff Issue
« on: August 15, 2013, 01:23:32 PM »
Well it has been awhile since I posted. I've been super busy at work 60+ hours  :coolsmiley: never get a chance to be on here that much, but back to my issue.

Slow speed almost full wheel lock turns, were talking parking lot maneuvers my rear differential feels like a welded diff. It skips when I turn sharp. It doesn't make any odd noises or any ill effects when turning while moving at a decent speed. I have 115kmi on the poor diff, any ideas

I'd take a look at the fluid.  If it's brackish, black, and thicker than spent diff fluid, you may have burst the Viscous pack inside the unit (what happened to my center diff).
