Thanks fellas! Little bit of tri-pod there, nothin like those VW's though!
I think my sways might actually be too stiff for this hill, goin to try the stockers when we return here in the fall. Some disconnect them altogether with zero issues.

Okemo was a success for all. It was wet and foggy on Saturday and Sunday was drier but still quite humid. The road is in rough shape this season so not many personal bests to be had.
Ended up 1st in class and 3rd overall again, not much competition in class for me this year. Had issues with the car wanting to rotate this weekend. The combination of fresh tires and me not being very smooth made the tail happy. Almost binned it on Sunday in these first two pics, it is a Left hand turn 3rd gear about 70 mph, these pics are looking back down the hill.
Time to prepare for Mt. Washington!

Damn, close one!  Do you swap your trunk or wing from event to event?

STi trunk is off an 07, WRX trunk is off an 04. I like driving with the WRX trunk but I think the car looks better with the  STi trunk so I'm going to leave it this way till after Washington. The STi trunk is in rough shape and rattles around a lot or I would just leave it on all the time. I don't notice a difference between the two while driving. I read years ago that the STi wing doesn't become 100% effective until 120+ mph and we don't hit that in a climb so I usually rock the regular wing to dave weight!

Ah, gotcha.  I'd always heard that the STI wing isn't designed to generate any downforce, but to reduce/combat lift.  I've seen some rather amusing videos of the wing vibrating like a guitar spring at high speed, so have no idea what the truth of the matter is.
