Where to get Springs and Struts installed?

I have a set of New Gr2s and used Whiteline springs (off Paisans car)  that im goin to need installed, im looking for a cheap price though seeing how i spent so much in the past two weeks on parts and my motor swap

I'm not sure, my friends and I usually make that a day/weekend project... but thats kinda tough if you don't have access to a garage and tools (I've got both, if you decide to go that way)
