Bumper beam...

So.... I have an erebuni front bumper on my OBS with the stock bumper beam. Theres like an inch gap between the lights and bumper.

If you look closely you can see the gap:



This is what its suppesed to look like:



And I can get a bumper beam from here:

My question is if I get that "light weight reinforcement", will it fix the gaps?
Oh and I should add that one side of my bumper beam is smashed in so I have to get another beam anyways. This is the cheapest I found so far...

my friend ERAAB212 on nasioc had a similar problem with his rear bumper on his 2001 2.5 rs impreza, he ended up using a piece of foam, like the pipe tube foam underneith the bumper where it bolted onto beam and that seems to work, not sure if that makes any sense, but pm him on nasioc if u got any questions
