ECU was reflashed by the guy who does PDM turbo , i guess the kid had it account for mods like exhuast, heders, pulleys, and CAI as well as the Rev limiter was gone and the ECU will allow a 8k rev now  this way i dont have to swap over the wiring and such i kee my 1.8 wiring harness and the new ecu reads as a 2.5  but on 1.8 wiring does that make sense ?

I guess it make sense if it works right?

I was really just wondering if it was something I could/should do to my 2.5.  What kind of hp/tq differences does he claim.  How long do the reflash take?

thanks

havent been around lately but heres an update:

wiring  nightmare turned into  the easiest thing we did. at first  it was just swap injector connectors and that should have been it, so we are looking and we realize that nothing else is goin to plug in that EVERY connector is different so we found that it was just the connectors but placement and wiring was all there so we spliced in all the old conenctors on the new harness. Then we dropped the motor back in  switched ECUs and  it fired up on the first turn of the key without a problem.   then it happened....

I went to put the car in gear and nothing happened, well the throw out bearing isnt in there right, so the motor and bell housing has to be seperated and the throw out bearing fixed  ( i need two new throwout bearing Clips if anyone can help there ) but other than that the car should be done sat and back in albany with me ,  and it sounded amazing i cant wait to bring it out for a ride. Bryon as soon as i see how the ecu performs ill let you know more
