clutch/trany questions

well i'm 99% sure ill be doing a ra gearset in my 5 speed trany(its in the trunk of the neon...heading to the shop tomarro) ... i also noticed while its apart that the throwout bearing is shot and the clutch is 60% shot also...so i am looking into upgrading it...i dont wanna add extra problems to the trany by putting a clutch thats way to aggresive...anyone have suggestions...the oem one seemed to hold up nicely to 6k launches(not doing it ever again)...also do you think the bearing will come with the clutch kit?...or is that a seperate purchase(also will i need a special bearing for aftermarket clutch?)....should i put some shifter bushings in while its out?...any other suggestions while i have it ripped apart?...
