"Enginuity is a free, open source application created for viewing, editing and tuning Engine Control Units (ECUs). Coding on Enginuity began in November, 2005, and is now continuing to grow into a full featured tuning suite.

Enginuity is intended for use only by experienced tuners who understand the consequences. As with any tuning solution, the potential for engine damage is very high when altering your ECUs hard coded values. The use of appropriate equipment (ie, knock sensor, wideband oxygen sensor) is extremely important."

Styles, are you using Enginuity, ecuExplorer, etc? I have those programs, and Dom even sent me a map for my new exh. Wow. Good stuff. My only problem is I'm too retarded to figure out how to get ecuExplorer to talk to the car. :uglystupid2:  The ftdichip drivers got the tactrix cable working with the reflash program, but I apparently need a USB to serial converter driver, which my laptop doesn't have.
Once I iron out that wrinkle, 20g here I come

If your using a tactrix cable you should be able to plug one end of cable  in to the OBD port and the other to USB input on your laptop.  I downloaded all the drivers wth version of ecuexplorer(3.0.25).

on the left hand side of the ecuexplorer window there is a section on the bottom that says, "port, assinged to, and port description"  Make sure your cable is plugged into the  COM port and select the COM port in that small window on the bottom left.  right click will bring up a dialog box where the only option is "SSM Diagnostics", select it.  Now, usually ecuexplorer will bring up a prompt that says you must re-start ecuexplorer for the changes to take place.  Restart ecuexplorer and check to see if it says SSM Diagnostics in the bottom left window. If it doesnt work then change COM port and try again.  If it does then click, ECU in the window on the left above where we made the com port selection, and then realtime data view.  This should bring up all the viewable parameters on your ECU.  click on those parameters  you want to monitor and right click, select "activate log by defrost button", i havent done this since i ste mine up but i think you need to right click and select the defrost for every parameter you wish to log.

you have to push the defrost button on your dash to get ecuexplorer to start logging, push it again to end log

logs are automatically saved as excell files

Goodluck with datalogging, if there is anything else you need let me know
