New Brunswick to be exact. Im sure most people here know about all the thefts of wrx's in Jersey. That makes me kinda scared since mine doesn't even have a stock alarm. I need something that would prevent the car from even being roll started, or convince thieves to start nabbing Lancers......
So I'm pretty much stuck with getting an alarm system. I don't know if there are any people on this board with aftermarket anti theft systems, but if you  are here please share your experience with it and what you paid for it.

Good luck with the move to Jersey.

I would suggest people don't post their alarm system on the board- but instead pm you.  No matter how good the system, it can be defeated- and we don't want to give the thieves any help by posting the exact system.  

A thief is a thief- regardless of whether they steal Lancers, Integras or Scoobies.

Thanks for the advice, I didnt think anyone would be monitoring this board being that it is so small... but your right. So any one with a system that works well please pm me about it... I dont want my car to get stolen.

check out the stock system it dose not allow the car to start if the alarm is triggered, or set off

The stock system is easily bypassed. The thieves in new jersey are pretty skilled....
I remember reading all the horror stories on nasioc and I just dont want my car to wind up like that.

talk to AZP down in Jersey. They got this staged security system, heard they got it figured out pretty well.

I live in Jersey, here r the steps u need to take... :wink:

I have a Viper Alarm w/ Motion sensor, i also have a garage w/ 2 cars blocking it and a river behind me... thats my Alarm, may want to check into these ideas... :mrgreen:
