Defi-Link Meter BF gauges have the same colors with dimming and sweep to match STi cluster.

prices from a quick goggle search "defi gauges" (optionimports)

Boost = $217
Oil press= $254
EGT= $254
these gauges require Defi-Link Control Unit II Version 2.0 = $103
Gauge Hood(replaces clock, with gauge pods)= $136

Total of ~$964

That, my friends, is why I never did it. 1000 bucks to not have a clock.
Eric

Quote me now while I'm feeling good about it.  I've decided a WRX will be the vehicle that replaces the Jeep.  I can't see paying Evo prices or justifying purchasing a halfassed/beat to death example for the same asinine amount of money.  For an affordable, point to point, all-weather capable performance car, a wagon fits the bill.  A swapped wagon, even better.

Ladies love the Sweep!

High quality gauges if you got that kind of scratch.

Defi are definitely the top of the line and a perfect match to the STi cluster, no doubt about it, but you do have other options.

Both Maddad and Prosport make gauges that are a very close match to the STi cluster and peform the same opening sweep of the needle that the Defis do.  I actually just ordered a set of the new Prosport Premiums (boost, egt, oil temp - all electric) and a triple center pod, all for around 300 bucks.

'08 WRX - Current
'00 2.5RS - RIP
'05 STi - Sold

^^^ Nice post pete!

I forgot all about the Maddad and prosport options.  they look really good and the price is more reasonable.
