Apex'i RS Revolution Muffler

I read about a rwd wrx that had that... Sounds like it would be the perfect solution to my exhausts decibel woes; It's supposed to be stock quiet at idle and loud at WOT. Any one else know anything about it or have any links? I imagine its going to be pricey....
