I knew it was gonna be a matter of time before i broke something. I always break something when i install a car stereo. I give up, from now on i'll live with stock or overpay boomer mcloud or something.

what an obnoxious fucking design. I'm just amazed that it took me as long as it did to break it after trying to figure out how to get the damn stereo out (the stereo & HVAC controls are integrated).
and i still don't even have my subwoofers installed yet, so I gotta do it all over again. though it is pretty sweet to have a decent sounding stereo again after that stock POS for so long lol. I really think the guy who owned the car before me put in aftermarket speakers because they hit hard as hell, way harder than any stock speakers i've ever heard...
being able to hook the ipod up is also a plus
i just wish i wasn't so destructive and actually, you know, good at fixing car stereos.. ugh
