« on: August 14, 2007, 11:44:33 AM »
Who's going? Who's running?

I better have m coilovers on by then, and I'm sure my brakes will be on and broken in by then.

I can honestly say I'm hooked on autocross.
It's starting to tear away at me.
On my way to Moon Performance a few weeks ago, I saw a construction vehicle hit a cone as it was pulling in the zone. I screamed "HAHA!!! Two seconds for you!!!"

That's only half of it.  Autox is a gateway drug to track days.  Your bank acct will never be the same after that... or so I hear.

If anyone is willing:
I would like to test my car out on R-comps for a few runs to get a feel for it and see if I really wanna man up and buy them over winter for next season. Anyone willing?

Oy, that's a big step  :-).  Can the stock legacy suspension componenets handle the added stress of the r-compounds?

that will be quite a bit of money the only guys i can think of that actually have daily drivers and run r-comps at auto-x is sean (stylesrex) and EJEvo, you can ask those guys if its worth buying them cause i can't be the judge, i bought Kuhmo Ecsta SPT tires for dd and auto-x and they sure as heck didn't steer me wrong this year, I'm actually looking at Kuhmo MX's for next year i've really liked these kuhmo's and planning on staying with them!! are you still running on your Potenza's???

MoHud wasn't, either. A few options being discussed, but I'm not optimistic that an event will happen the rest of this season.  If it changes, I'll certainly post it up here.

EJ is there a reason as to why FMCC decided to cancel out on us, were "bridges burnt" somewhere?? just curious cause it seemed as if they didn't have a problem with us running there at all!!
