What big brake kit should I go with? I'm thinking Willwood or Stoptech. Not sure though. Also, should I go 6 pot front or would 4 pot be fine?

I've heard only good things about Stoptech, but I cannot vouch for Wilwood.

On a side note, Endless pads are amazing.

alright looking to se eif anyone knwo a guy that work at glodstine subaru he has an 04 rex and he has wilworth brakes, or he got them in either waay he has them and they are good. maybe better than the STI's brakes im not to sure

I was gonna go rotora myself, but needed stuff for a trackday quickly and ended up getting ebc rotors and pads.
I ended up being pretty happy with the decsion and saved a ton of money.

Just an idea.

the thing is, in the spring i'll be rolling on rota attacks and those are very open, so a big brake kit would be perfect because it would be seen so well.

I've heard problems with the Wilwoods, but I'm not totally sure. If you get them, however, be prepared to rebuild them once a season or once every two seasons...

Stoptech offers a great setup, but why are you going with a bbk? Personally, I think for about 85% of all daily driven wrx's, new pads, calipers, SS brake lines, and motul1 fluid will provide exactly what you're looking for. If you're after the bling factor of huge brakes, by all means.....but unless you're gonna autoX or need huge drag race stopping power, then I would just skip the rotors altogether, considering that many of the huge brake kits require aftermarket wheels to fit.

i agree. I'm only running Stoptech lines, Porterfield R4S (front) & Axxis Ultimates (rear), and NEO Dot 6 fluid. Plenty of street stopping power.
