Quote me now while I'm feeling good about it.  I've decided a WRX will be the vehicle that replaces the Jeep.  I can't see paying Evo prices or justifying purchasing a halfassed/beat to death example for the same asinine amount of money.  For an affordable, point to point, all-weather capable performance car, a wagon fits the bill.  A swapped wagon, even better.

 This is me:

 The girlfriend and I:

 My stock ass '02 Wagon:

Hi, my name is Aram.  Not Aaron, Abraham, Anthracite, Artimeer.  Aram.   :-D
I'm 28, a 28 year resident of the Capital District, a Mechanical Engineering student and work as an ET at GE Energy.  I currently live in Troy, directly behind the big-ass Party Boat on the Hudson.  My love for cars started with my Fathers Hot Rod panel van, and since then I've owned 6 SR20DE(T) powered cars, a pair of FC3S RX-7's, a built block Mazdaspeed Protege, and now my first Subaru w/ plenty of miscellaneous beaters in between .  Current ride: A bone stock '02 WRX Wagon w/ 75k on it.    My hobbies:  Summer, I complain about the heat.  Winter, snowboard daily and complain about how it's too cold.   Fall, claim that I can't wait for Summer/Winter to get here....  :uglystupid2:   I'm a post whore, and love to argue, which turns out to be terrible attributes for a Forum Member.  :2funny:   If anyone needs a hand working on something, shoot me a PM.

This is me and my girlfriend.

You will most likely see me like this. (guy in the middle)

And this is my current car.

My name is Roger, I am 19, and currently attending SUNY Plattsburgh (Im a math education major; I know right, I want to go back and teach math. I guess that makes me kinda nerdy ).  When I'm not attending school I live in Greenwich NY and I work for a lawn care company.  I have been around cars since I was little and I have spent a lot of time in my friends shop  8-).  My first car was a Honda, after I wrecked that I bought a second generation Legacy (worst mistake). That died for the final time this summer and now I rock a 2002 Hyundai Accent.

My name's Ethan, I'm a 20-year old Mechanical Engineering student at HVCC, I used to work at HobbyTown USA on Central Ave, and this:

Summer

Winter

Is my '00 RS, with 240XXX miles.  Still runs strong, but she does like the taste of oil these days!

This:

Is me and my dad on his current project, a '32 Buick (chassis).  Will eventually be a speedster for the Great Race.  He's an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, studied at Union College, founded (and runs) CFIC in Troy.  He started me as an engineer before I even knew it, and while I originally had a fear of cars, as soon as I started driving our old RWD, LT1-powered Buick Roadmaster, I realized I liked cars again.  I had no specific targets in mind when I bought my car, just three rules:

1. FUN!
2. Manual.  No Slushboxes for me.
3. Good in winter.  I think I ended up with one of the best winter bombers I could have!

These days I love my Subaru and do my best to keep her running as best I can.  I have three other project/toy cars, one is my '66 VW Type 3 Squareback, gifted from my Grandfather (and the car I learned to drive standard on).  The second is a '83 944, destined (eventually) for AX/Comp.  One of my friends and I are trying to get into the Targa Newfoundland for next year.  The final is more a project, simply because the idea was I'd flip it to make a bit of change- an '84 Fiero with an LT1 swap.

Anyway, I live out in Melrose, right on the river, and I'm regularly hopping between everywhere from CP to Albany, so you'll probably see my car around.  It sounds like it has holes drilled in the muffler...  Because it does!  :uglystupid2:  :2funny:

Are you the one I followed on Vandenburgh Ave just before 8AM, before I shot past?  I've seen an STM Coupe around a LOT, but I never actually see who's in it, nor have I ever met them.

Hmm...  I do remember spats, but other than that the only thing I'm sure I remember is a cross necklace hanging from the mirror...?  No, wait, that one was driven by a woman, and IIRC, it was auto.  Do we have two silver RS's running around HVCC?

I know today whoever it was, we both turned in towards the parking garage.  It's funny...  I don't remember seeing a Stig sticker anywhere...

Yeah, figured I should update this since I'm roughly 60lbs lighter than the last post and drive a different car.

This is me in July. Imagine yet another 10lbs gone (75lbs lost total)

But more often than not you'll find me dressed in costume

This is my car in the summer.

But for a larger portion of the year it looks like this
