New symptoms this morning. Cranked over and eventually caught and started. Was slow to start.

Prior to this when it wouldn't start, it flat out wouldn't start... now it starts, you just have to be patient. Calling to check what recalls have been done this morning. Might be a recalled ignition switch. Or something as simple as plugs and wires. Regardless, when the car runs, it runs better than ever :D

I hate Hondas.

Quote me now while I'm feeling good about it.  I've decided a WRX will be the vehicle that replaces the Jeep.  I can't see paying Evo prices or justifying purchasing a halfassed/beat to death example for the same asinine amount of money.  For an affordable, point to point, all-weather capable performance car, a wagon fits the bill.  A swapped wagon, even better.

Here's at least one link:

http://www.autorecalls.us/aut-03/recalls/1999/honda/accord/index.html

Lists at least 3 ignition switch related recalls.

CAlled the dealership - no recalls for her car. Replaced the plugs and wires. They were the original ones. Ive never seen plugs worn this badly (including some where the plugs were 20 years old).
