Hey guys, Im going to be getting some delta grinded cams for my 2000 rs. How hard is it to install cams myself, or with the help of some of the kind guys on here? How much to go to a garage? Any help would be very appreciated.

its not that bad. just time consuming.
you have to pull the engine, remove heads and install cams. just a guess but if a garage was to do it i'd say it'd be atleast $600.

on a 00rs there is no need to remove the heads from the engine you can remove the upper valve train, i installed a set of TWE cams in my old RS and it is a time consuming job plan on spending at least 4-5 hours to do it right.
