I will be stopping by APS @ 3PM tomorrow to give a final head count.

@Greg: I will not be able to go through the thread and update the head count due to my schedule, could you please update the main list to reflect people not attending the meet / attending the meet but not attending dinner for me? We don't want to get charged for people who aren't attending.

I'm not sure that'll be possible - they might be able to make an exception for you, however, since you have extenuating circumstances (your dog).

Give them a call to make sure. Tell them you have a large group going (June 7th @ 6PM) and have the upstairs reserved and you want to order your food separately. They may want to know your order ahead of time.

You'll still need to chip in towards the $100 group deposit (split evenly among all attending, ~$2/person I'm guessing), and you may get an automatic 20% gratuity added to your bill (like everyone with buffet).

ok i updated the list matt, and as far as i see or know thats the count for dinner and cruise i put it next to their names!

you all need to let me or matt know on here what you will be doing before at latest friday...i.e: cruise and dinner or just cruise!

Dinner deadline is set for tomorrow, though - that's when APS needs a final head count

O/T: Did you ever pick up a wire brush bit that let you finish that UP?

I will have 5 or 6 co-workers who will be meeting us for dinner there.

As of right now, everyone is looking at $19.XX for dinner/tax/gratuity + $2.50 for the deposit = ~$22/person for dinner (then factor in whatever beverages you plan on having).
