grimmspeed trani cocktale

I've had the wrx 1st gear grind for about the last 6 to 8 moths so i ordered the fluids from GrimmSpeed and it WORKS :mrgreen:.  My WRX is shifting soooooo smooth :-D. I,m gonna order another case so i have it on hand for my next service. I would recommend everyone to check this out, when your next service is due.  :lol:
04 Java Black WRX:turboXs up-pipe,bellmouth dp 3" t-back(exhaust wraped),turbo blanket,SPT intake&filter,SPT front and read strut upper braces,kartboy short throw,HKS turbo timer,Excedy Light weight flywheel and new OEM clutch kit. COBB stage2 93 map tuned. SOLD

04 4.0L v6 5spd 4x4 ranger edge: K&N FIPK intake, "BAD ASS" off road 3"x7" sch40 tube steel rear bumper in fabrication process(integraded hitch receiver and double 9,000lbs D-ring tow hooks)

05 Silver Civic LX (wifey's ride):AEM V2 cai

thanks for throwing the link up. Yea its all 3 fluids in a box. I tried to find these in local stores and 2 of the three are not available. Its like $50 after shipping.

so im feeling kinda dumb.  is the stuff you buy from grimmspeed a direct replacement for the tranny fluid?  of is it an additive. pardon my slowness...

i was curious about the same thing...my tranny fluid was replaced when i got my tranny rebuilt less than a year ago and its already starting with the grinding and hard shifting. seems like a lot of fluid to be just a additive but if thats the case i might pick up a set for only 50 bucks :mrgreen:

You need it to drain on '04+ WRXs

There's a very big thread on nasioc about this, and recently people are saying that this mix causes accelerated wear, and the fluids do not mix properly.

I think 5gal of Extra-S is $150 which works out to $7.50/qt instead of $20/qt from TIC.
