i hope my aftermarket DP mates to my stock catback with no problems.  i wish i could afford a new catback.  i dont have the coin.  a $1000 catback is more than i can afford pal, SUBARU
You could buy a Megan Racing Type 2 Black Exhaust System like I am doing.  It comes with 2 adapters so 1 will mate to the stock DP and 1 will mate to a 3" aftermarket DP (no tapering ).  I found mine for $284 shipped brand new.

Hehe, Alas the only thing worse than 170RWHP in the snow is 400RWHP in the snow.   :coolsmiley:

Thanks for the Update, Dom.  :-)

i was going to run the megan black on the wagon but i found a super deal on a one piece fujitsubo on ebay.  when i get back from dom's i'm gonna have it modded to full 3" by synapse. I can't wait it looks like a really nice system and everyone i've heard sounds nice and mellow.

i can't wait to hear the megan though, it looks really nice too.

Ooh! I was planning on driving down to MSPT in May, but if Dom is coming, that might be a better deal. What do you usually charge for a dyno/road tune??

I'm in for that. Where are you gonna be?

I wish i could get a domtune.  Unless he can modify the car without screwing with the factory warranty...or giving me a way of changing things back to factory default in case I have to go to subaru and get something fixed(major)..like the injector issue i had.

What kind of fiasco?  I'm really curious because I am extremely turned off by Megan right now.

In late February they said the exhaust would be in by the middle of March.  In the middle of March they said they would be in at the end of March.  At the end of March they said the shipment was almost on shore.  The shipment finally arrived in the beginning of this this month but the exhausts weren't even in the shipment!  Now they say they won't be in until the end of this month (which I believe will be more like the middle of May).

the holes werent round, they were more slotted so the goddam uppipe slid all over the place when trying to install it, leaked and then we ended up gutting my stocker.  i dont even know what happened to that $100 paperweight lol.

i didnt have that sort of trouble with my downpipe, but we yanked it off my car after 1 winter to install the uppipe and it looked like dogass. :(
