That's fine. I'll be at home depot at 1PM. It's on rte. 7. Right behind Applebee's. Give me a shout when you're on your way. 810-8321. Corey

Wow it was subaru day at the RPI autoshop.  I felt bad for the poor lone honda owner in the shop.  I got the IS300's front undertray reinstalled in convincing fashion.  That shit isn't coming off again, ever.

Good to see everyone again, I had a shitload of fun and got to drive Matt's EWG STI tonight.  THANKS!

4:30 AM. Enough said!!! Thanks to everyone that came out and to Brian for letting us use the garage. We need to have more of these subaru/RPI days. Very productive and gives people a chance to put names to faces. Thanks again to everyone that showed up and especially to those that went home when the sun was coming up! Corey

they came out great!!! we ended up mounting them on the upper radiator support, there are a couple of holes that we put bolts in.  you cant see them in mine because of my grillecraft grille but ssgtshields you can see really well even though theyre both in the same spot.

nice  :-)

I was thinking of cutting a mounting bracket out of a thin aluminum plate to mount to the center support, so I can be specific on the width and height of where they sit......but dunno if it's worth all that effort  :uglystupid2:

I must've not been paying attention.  I wasn't looking forward to the innovative and extensive use of zipties i was about to employ.

I need to hit this up sometime as well as may an knowledgeable hand or two for the 94 Celica

Two big things.  The fuel line started rusting out. I had cut a section out and used the appropriate rubber hose, but it still drips a little.  Are they typically hard to replace?

Also one or more of the e-brake cables are probably broken.

Thanks again Devin for the help. Dave, you are the zip tie master. Thanks to Brian for letting us stay late, even though we earned it with your car!

Install meets are sometimes a clusterfuck (like when Corey and I organize an install meet and don't get a minute of lift time after 15 hours at the shop). Feel free to go to an install meet, but don't go expecting to get something done if your project requires the lift; make sure you have at least something you want to do that you can do while waiting as well.

What's on the plate? If you want my help with installing anything, I can get you a timeslot.

What's on the plate? If you want my help with installing anything, I can get you a timeslot.

Front Tribeca 25mm Swaybar
Perrin Front Endlinks
Hella Supertones
Front EGT Resistor Fix
Rear Camber Bolts
Stainless steel lines all 4 corners
Brakes all 4 corners
Rear Strut Tower brace

Edit1: Nothing 'needs' a lift. But it'd make the sway bar job easier.
then I need to get my v7s mounted and balanced. :D

Edit2: A major factor is that where I live doing car work is against the lease.. Which is endlessly frustrating. So a lot of simple front yard/driveway stuff Im not supposed to do at home. =(

Install meets are sometimes a clusterfuck...

Yes, because ultimately no matter what order we cook up here, it's always first come first serve.  Last time we expected like 6 people and there were like 13.

Andy I'd also be willing to lend a hand with Matt and help you out in a driveway as the weather warms.
