Action Chevrolet/Advantage Subaru - Troy

Parents purchased first subaru there in '97 Sales people were WORTHLESS back then.

I only had experience with them in '06 with their Body shop.  Heres a list of what they damaged while fixing my car.

-Scratched all the plastic interior stuff with the seats trying to remove and re-install them
-Broke the Plastic around the Gas/Truck release levers
-Broke SEVERAL of the clips on the interior center console, the thing ALWAYS wiggled and squeaked after that.
-Removed ALL my wires from my sound system, and left them in the trunk. And my 0awg had a strip of insulation cut out of it, about where it went through the firewall..Must have just pulled on it with all their might or something.There was a grommet on it.

Yes. My car was in to have the floor pans replaced, and pretty much the whole underside.
But they did all that in 2 days. it was pretty rushed job and very poor quality if you ask me.

Would not recommend ANYONE EVER going there... LOL.. I dont know if they are even still in business...

There are a number of us that have had issues with them.  Unfortunately, they are still open for business.

they repaired my front end on my last car...

I had to point out to them the blobs of dripping paint all around the vents next to one of the fog lights.  They ALMOST fixed that, but it was never quite smooth.  And they claimed, after spraying a silver bumper, that the glob of silver paint on the black trim near the licence plate didn't come from them

I can't speak for sales, but I'll never use them for body work again
