So after a disappointing monday at byrons ( I was last to be tunned, and at 430 in the morning as Dom and I went out to do my tune we relized I was leaking oil pretty bad ) I solved the problem today. I pulled the turbo to find that not only was the oil return line off the turbo was slightly bent in the middle, causing a bad seal, the hose running off that line was tore pretty bad because the guy I bought it off of took the line off a put it on backwards, causing the hose to rub on the uppipe bracket and tear. So a little tidbit for anyone buying a vf39 or any ihi turbo used, make sure the oil return line bend is facing the cold side of the turbo. Now the leak is fixed and and im good to go with byron and take some logs so dom can tweak my tune. Very happy night for me!
