Perrin Turbo Inlet and a few questions...

Can I get a Perrin Turbo inlet in ESP? I think I can..
What Size do I get? The 2.5 "

200.00 that blows.. But I hear with combination IC hoses it reads 500 rpm better spool.

Those hmm what are they called.. I should know this... T Bolt Clamps . Where do you get those...?
DO i really have to spend 60.00 to get IC hose clamps and Turbo Inlet clamps?

My Silicon hose clamp on my IC hose from the turbo is getting hungry  :buck2:  :tickedoff:

I found this place  www.siliconintakes.com They have Tbolts for 3.00 Each!  9.00 vs 35.00 SOLD..

Looks like they gotz like intercoolers and what not cheapo too..

So, ladies and gents, what are you all planning for mods for next season?

Some fat wheels and tires (5Zigen FN01R-C's in matte/satin black), a Megan Racing Catback, K&N filter and dyno-proven Joe-Z intake pipe.
And a class jump.

YOU LIE.

YOU LIE.

Lol shuddupayoface.  Plans changed for like the 3rd time in 6 months.  The Catback is already on car.
Sooner:  Front/rear tires will be basically flush with the fenders.
-Matching DS headlight bulb
-Matte Black Rota Slipstreams 16x7 +40 front, 16x8+48 Rear
-Summer tires of some variety 225-50-16 front 245-50-16 rear.  I might need a mild roll out back.
-LSD of some type, 1.5 way.
-Rear Rotors (allready got em).
-JoeZ intake pipe.

Later:
-F/R Sways/bushings
-Front LCA bushings
-Tail lights that don't have strange growths inside them
-A lexus grille or correctly sized altezza emblem
-Studded winter tires.  Fuck Winter.
-Headers?
-ECU?  Anyone got experience with non-subaru tuning and input/reccomendations?

Bwahahahahhaa.  This one's easy.  Toyota put the God-Lock onto the stock ECU.  There will be no cracking it.  So it was written, so it shall be done.

I'll grab you that D/S bulb when I remember.  Did you check the hub bore on those rotas before you went into the charade of buying them?  Toyotas are a 60.1mm hub, remember.  05+ Sti's are 53mm.

Speaking of which, what do you think I should do with the 17x8.5",  5x114.3 bronze slipstreams sitting in my garage...   fucking STI hub bore, of course.

lol son of a bitch, they were out of slips in the size/offset/color I wanted at machiii.  gonna call back tomorrow and see how long an order would take, also gotta hit up the wheeldude and see if he'll build me a staggered set.  If these don't give me good answers, i'll have to do a square set of 16x8's with 245's all around.

Black Paris Custom Driveway Alignment ;) (S)

:-D How much sly winking does this warrant? Just using strings? I tried last year and just couldn't get things square enough to be accurate. I'd like to get a legit kit sometime for home alignments.

Its not exactly square as much as being able to figure out which direction everything is pointing... Just getting the lines paralell is enough to make it real easy! ;)

Now that the garage cement is poured, I'll have to try again. I was using the tiny bit of concrete where there used to be a basketball net last time.. Car barely fit on it.

Actually, you've had the car longer now and have gotten more used to it.  I'd say that's a positive difference :-)

One year almost.  And 6 months on snowtires will teach you a lot about your car.

Yessir.  Let's have a look at my 1st autox in spring of '07.

http://www.mohud-scca.org/Solo/2007/2007_season.html
99 Trifaro, David 95 Subaru Legacy -Best: 43.037.  I'd had the car for almost 4 years at that point.  Familliarity really helps ya.  Only had the summer tires and suspension on the car for less than a month.

beat: '00 RS, 03 RSX in-class.

Paxed better than 2006 Dodge SRT8 Magnum CPrepared, 2005 WRX, CSP Miata, 04 Dodge Viper, e46 BMW 325, STS Miata, a few e30's, 95 Firebird, 06 wrx... but Redroof2 beat me in his damned Saturn.  "SM 21 91 Toyota MR2" my ass.

If you're going to autocross, just know beforehand a TBE and +boost tune will bump you up a few classes.  Hell I had a CF hood that took me from stock to Street modified, a jump of 3 classes.

Saturday I pick up my Torsen Diff.  PS head light bulb is in.  Tires will be here in a day or two.  Wheels will be here...sometime.  After this stuff, some minor visual bits and maybe sways if a used pair shows up cheap.
