Took My Car in for the Raw Fuel smell recall and chaos ensues

I had mine done free of charge back in 2002 or 2003 at goldstein.  I bought the car new from them got the smell, phoned SOA and they told me to take it in.

That being said I plan to spend my suby bucks with fred and use him for an service i need on the sti.

we basically do it at cost, SOA dropped the price on the parts to about $30 from about $145 but they do pay for labor, it's not much.  We concern of self more about taking care of our customers. did you install them already??  Do you have a receipt??? you would need to contact soa once you receive the letter and see if they can offer you assistance.

I'd be real surprised if you could get SOA to reimburse you for that.

Oh cool, I thought I'd have to leave the car in the shop and have to worry about asking Subaru/insurance for a loaner in the meantime.  Can I schedule to come up and have mine done sometime?
