A/O Seperator Suggestions
« on: January 11, 2010, 08:46:54 PM »
So i upgraded to an 07 STI intercooler (thanks to Blake) and was disturbed when i saw the inside of my y-pipe and IC-TB coupler

I had a cusco one before and did not like it at all, looked like crap.  My brother and Ray both have the Ixiz A/O separator and all the reviews are great as for them working perfectly.  I am also thinking the Crawford Performance, looks better than the Ixiz i think but have heard mixed reviews.  anyone have any suggestions or opinions on whats out there?

The crawford unit is race proven...
i have read that the crawford is race proven and works on FMIC but not for the TMIC versions.
something about it not being high enough and a proper drain isn't working or something.  i do like the crawford but i think i will have to read a little more into both
