I'm a complete idiot for not seeing that there was a 2nd page, I definitely understand now from that link why there's doubt, I didn't 100% the logic being the grimmspeed unit.. I wonder if there's going to be a groupbuy on the ixia unit ;)

i didn't read that thread on IWSTi yet but I can tell you dominic has my pre-production grimmspeed and he says it's not gonna work well the way it's designed...

I still think I should get it back so I can sell it for 200!!!

Cool.  You didn't want the CCV option?

Ok im late to this party
I dont care where you get it from as long its from ixizconcept i will provide full service for it

I m not goin to say whos is better and who is total BS.  I can tell you that i spent a lot of time with numerous designs to get the AOS to this point.  Im sure can be further improved but i wont say by much.  I had a lot of logging - data logger of all the pressures and flows and prior to getting the unit the way it is.

I will show Marty a proprietary video how well it works and he can tell all of you the story.  I cant post it otherwise there is too much I have to answer for in future.

As some of you read the post on IWSTI you now understand why some does not function and in fact probably cause issues down the road

I can vouche for that!  I bought my hood dampers used of somebody on another forum, was missing some hardware that I didn't even realize I needed (some washers that help things line up right) and this guy helped me out not only with figuring out what caused the issue, but also with a good price on the replacement parts

Thank you for your support
unless you have a heavily built engine  and still see a small amt out mist on the hoses the CCV is not needed.  i prefer to keep things bablanced and if the AOS is working save the money for aos and dont have to add the option.

I will be posting a SPecial for the Hood damper soon if more than 10 is interested and if possible save some shipping and ship to common place

As a heads-up to anyone using the AOSep:

I had to replace ALL the Ixiz breather lines -- they had aged very badly in the year since I had it installed.  All checked and really ugly, just waiting to tear.

I think they're probably fine for street use, but I decided to go with something a bit more robust and used Aeroquip push-lock lines.

I expect them to be the last useable part on the car when it dies.
