So the MoHud membership approved the rallycross and it looks to be a go as long as the ice holds up! Currently quite thick. February 28th is the date, Onota Lake in Pittsfield, MA the place, and access is going to be at the Controy Pavilion, Burbank Park on Lakeway Drive from Pecks Road. I believe we'll also be doing reg and trophies there, or at least it'll be a place to get outta the elements. Classes are going to be divided into drivetrain and tire, so FWD / RWD / AWD, without studs / with studs / with bolts, or something along those lines. Entries will likely be capped, in the 50 driver range. Event schedule will be similar to an autocross, so participants ought to be there by 9am, with first car off at 10:30am. Number of runs planned to be 5-6. Cost ought to be along the same lines as an autox: $25 for members, $40 for non-. More details as they come or over at the MoHud forum thread. I might be sacrificing a set of crappy tires to do this. This is technically a non-spectator event... EDIT: Rallycross cancelled due to sloppy mess conditions

Those not Mohud member should be Mohud members. If it goes down as planned I'll be there with Tom Hansen whooping the WR33X on studded Winterforce rubber. Just bought another SVX so I'll have spare engine/parts incase

I'm planning to, but it all depends on whether it is actually there the day of! And meh, we'll just rock whatever rubber you drive to the event.

They wanted people helping with set-up there by 7am. But I waited until all of the worker chief positions were filled, so I'm really not expected to be there at that time. So whatever puts us there by 9am. You can drag the Taco!

LOL, I was about to ask why exactly I was driving down in a separate vehicle. Yes, with the MINI's track record last year, it's setup for towing now.

I will definitely be there as well. Unfortunately for me I never got my studdeds. I will end up driving on my almost bald winters.
