He still hasn't got that fixed? If it wasn't the TB gasket, I'm telling you its probably garbage gas.

The plan is to still meet up between 5:45-6 at Crossgates Mall in the Best Buy lot.  If anyone else wants to go please get in touch.  There might even be a couple spots in cars available if you didn't want to drive your car.  It's supposed to be a gorgeous day.  Should be a lot of fun!

This is the confirmed group meeting up at Crossgate Mall in the Best Buy lot between 5:45-6.

*Me
*08dubyarex
*Scoobaru and 4-5 other cars
*RS25BG
*cazwrx187
*ctt1128

Not sure if Rallirex is coming, waiting for a confirmation. Again, anyone else wanting to go is more than welcome to.  I know there is a group from the Q'bury area going.  It would be cool if you guys wanted to stop on the way in Albany to make the group bigger.

Does anyone know a different route you can take other than going from 87 to the Garden st parkway? I heard traffic there is brutal right around the time we should be getting there.  :buck2:

Yeah, Kyle's a good guy.  He'll be with Andy (Scoobaru), and a bunch of other guys I went down with to E-town last year.  Really great group of guys.  Tomorrow is going to be a blast!!!

When we went last year, same exact time, we hit no traffic.  Keep in mind it's a Saturday morning.  I think we'll be okay, but we can definitely discuss it.

You'll probably get at least 4-6 runs, at least that was what it was like last year.  You get a few practice runs and then they do the bracket.

Yeah Nate, I'll probably be there around 5:15.  So we would be rolling into Crossgates about 5:45.

I just took the ski rack off, gassed up, and washed the car so it's ready for tomorrow.

I'm probably going to have to pound a redbull and take some tylenol when I wake up so I'm ready.

Today was a huge fail day. The shops STI broke 2 axles, my buddies SRT4 cracked and oil pan and I blew my sti up on the way home. I was going to keep it all hush, but i'm putting the car back to stock, fixing it and trading it in. Thanks a million Conor, I appreciate it bro. Anybody need any parts? I have a shit load of them.

Heres the link to my last pass. Notice when I shift from 4th to 5th the smoke..thats when my ringland cracked.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqatBrX_Jqo
I also shredded my center diff. My 1st two passes the car kept popping out of first, and the 3rd pass I got off the line but got massive wheel hop, and I backed out, but my diff is done, and so is my motor. Anybody have some stock pistons? :tickedoff:

Sorry for the bad luck with the car Josh.  It was great meeting some of you.  Ray, awesome job on your last run man!  We'll definitely have to plan something else, maybe just a cruise and dinner.  Thanks for a good day for me guys.

On a side note, hopefully Nate will tell you guys about the ride home.  Too funny...and a bit scary...

I had a blast yesterday guys. The three hour ride is a little much but all in all a good day. For those of you I got to meet nice meeting you and don't hate me for the epic tomtom fail on the way down, when I got home I put it in my microwave.  Rallirex nice 12.7 pass again man, I was stoked for ya.

On a side note, hopefully Nate will tell you guys about the ride home.  Too funny...and a bit scary...

As far as this goes well basically what happened was..

1. Nate meets what he thinks after a few month's of chatting over the interwebs is a pretty cool chic.
2. Nate hangs out with said chic at Etown has a good time, she offers to follow him back to Saratoga, he accepts. She is from somewhere down by Westchester.
3. On the way back to (somewhere around Albany) Saratoga, said chic has a case of the crazies and flips out on Nate for no apparent reason after she gets stuck behind a slow moving mini van.
4. Nate tell's her shes nutz and wish's her a good but I'm sure vary lonely ride back to Westchester.
5. Nate doesn't meet anymore chic's over the interwebs, nor does he ever use a tomtom again.

If you think about how far she drove to get to Albany, then to show her crazy side, then drive all the way back to where we just came from basically three hours away at ten at night. It's pretty hilarious. And the best part about it was, I did nothing wrong.
