Marks new audio setup
« on: February 21, 2010, 11:41:48 AM »
Thought i would post some teaser pics.  I left my camera at work so these are off my iphone.  Mark should be posting some higher quality pics later on...

10w6 and woofer amp on the front side with leds on frosted glass between them
speaker amp and x-overs stealthy hid on the back side

on a seperate note, can we get an audio/video section on the forums?

Nice work! I like the look of the frosted glass. That W6 must thump.

Jake did an awesome job on this. He spent all day finishing it off on sunday after having worked on it during the week too.  The base is much louder and deeper in its new box and the whole set up rocks.  They are very well made and cheap in price for what you get and he likes to custom items to make yours different from everyone elses. Ive ordered the end covers for my sub amp so you wont see the wiring. Hidden behind the unit are 2 crossovers and a 4 channel amp. It also saved me quite a bit of space vs my old set up.

I'll post some pics in a bit.

It needs the amp covers to cover the wiring and complete the look, but you get the idea.  Well worth the cash.  I need to find some way of stopping my autodimming rear view mirror from shaking :-o

Let me know if you find a good fix for that. Mine vibrated apart...so be careful.
