The good.
1. Cheap
2. Superfast shipping, it will arrive the day after they ship it if you live in the albany area
3. Packaged properly in big box
The not so good
For my example there was a gap near the middle which if you are picky you will want to fill (maybe with garage door weather stripping?). No amount of screwing it up with the screws will close the gap as you can see it is tight at the edges

The end bolt holes at the wheel wells of mine did not line up despite the ones in the center lining up (hence I know it is aligned). Trust me on this one, I spent a good hour trying to warp the space time continum so it would fit. This is not really a biggy, but it will take time to remove and drill some new holes

I plan to replace the center plastic push pin plugs with some nuts and bolts.
Overall it looks like a sturdy piece and with a bit of modding and painting it will look like a 200 dolla lip. I plan on giving it a rub with very fine sandpaper and a couple of coats or flat black from a can
In my case the fitment wasnt perfect but it was pretty cheap.
Verdict, if your tight and dont mind a bit of effort, go for it, yours may be perfect without modding.

Hopefully by sat or sunday the project will be completed and I'll post high res pics
