I can't see pics from work, but I think it's not rocking flush rims because previous owner sold them off.  Also, non-sti wheel bearings really don't like aggressive fitment rims.

Yea I seem to have been getting that vibe lately, I never really saw it while it was on the road or driven previously. Anyone that knows me knows that I don't drive around like an idiot, I'd like to think I'm pretty respectful. You and I have talked a few times at Lebanon, I previously drove a JBP wrx.

I'm going to clean it up (I understand most will roll there eyes with that extravagant of a body kit, and I'm hoping that I can get some correct fitment wheels once I get some funds. I think anything less than 9-10" is going to look a bit ridiculous. Maybe with enough luck I can regain some respect for the car hahaha after all it's not the cars fault.

the chargespeed wide body is pretty interesting (I like the team orange drift cars).  I think it's got some serious potential but you got a long road ahead of you!

Glad to hear someone responsible took control of this WRX before it got wrecked.  The asshat former owner put a horrible stigma on it, so don't be surprised if Shift isn't the only bunch of loudmouths to give you shit.

Hahaha yea the bbq thing sounds about accurate, I don't spend a lot of time on shift, or Unysoc to be honest. I guess I'd rather be driving or wrenching then sitting in front of a PC.

It's funny, I see people drive like idiots around here all the time and they don't get the reputation that this car has achieved, I can't imagine what it must have been like lol. It's tough for me, he's always been extremely respectful to me in person and he seems like a real good guy, it's unfortunate that driving habits may have gone a different direction lol.

I'll bring her back to a point where she holds her head up high. I personally love the foundation, potential is in it's blood, we're going to make her live again.

Status update:
Did a nice "weight reduction" clean out... I'll put a picture up and it will blow your mind how much shit was in the interior of this car I'm guessing a couple hundred pounds of shit. Then it'll blow your mind to know that none of the interior was harmed in the process hahaha.

Front calipers are being painted, replaced driver side tie rod end and both hubs due to the fact that A.) I had two wrx hubs laying around and B.) the wheels bearings were DESTROYED from being moved too and fro without axles (...), turned my rotors yesterday, need to order some Hawks.

Keep you posted. OH! and I removed a Megan sticker from my back window. Big improvement. We are now stickerless, save for the one above my exhaust port on the rear bumper. That's going very shortly.

How much you got them for? I love those pads, I've got a set on my other WRX, they're worth it.

A long time down the road I would like to put a cage that maintains the interior, but first things first I just need to get it back to a respectable status. I doubt we'll be seeing any of that for at least a year to be honest, I don't like to create false hopes so I'd rather be straight forward.

Keep in mind a portion of this is going back into the car (drive shaft, flywheel, a few miscellaneous parts here and there, but otherwise I figure everyone can at least agree that this is quite an improvement hahaha.

So I just cleared out the second bay in the garage, so I should be able to get a good deal accomplished before and after band practice tomorrow. Btw, Atticus Metal Tour at Northern Lights Tuesday!!! Unearth, Stick to Your Guns, The Ghost Inside, Veil of Maya, Carnifex, Circle Nine!!! I'm pretty much out of tickets but I'm sure that you can get some at the door.

As for tomorrow, in one of those perfect scenario's that never happen, I will get my calipers on, swap a backing plate on my drivers side hub, get her rolling for the first time in who knows how long, bolt that tranny up (I hate working on the ground...), and drop the motor in, and run my exhaust.. I'd say that would be one hell of an accomplishment.

Then... let's see... I still need to get my seats :\ but I believe it will be time to drain the four inches out of my tail lights that should have never been there in the first place, reseal those, pay a little attention to the trunk, and start assembling the front and rear bumper. I'm not really looking forward to running my system, gauges, or meth kit. I hate electrical work, it's tedious, annoying, and pretty boring in my opinion.
