A LOT OF LUV went into that car!   Soak that Duster in newspaper for 48 hours... It will take out the residual from the factory , and like I said DO NOT RUB the car with it ,, No pressure.. just easy across the surface..   really anticipating photos.. on a side note you should of seen how happy Corey was today with his black car that looked like it went through a wire wheel facility.. OMG the swirl marks were SOOO bad it made his car look GREY..  :|

FIX YOUR PC brother.. HAHHAHA

Amazing work guys.  Marty's always fixin' paint, I'd feel bad having him do mine, especially since my car went through not only the wire wheel factory but the truck door ding factory as well.

:-o WOW that looks AWESOME!   You took some GREAT photos   ABOUT DAMM TIME.. and yeas I needed them to add more pics to my portfolio  8-).

I would have to say that was definitely one of the longest jobs, Most corrected, and most loving hands that car has ever seen.
Glad she found her way into the right hands . Boy if I still did this by hand...  I would of told you I couldn't of done it.  :uglystupid2:

We spent what.. almost 10 hours on that car with a DA Polisher!  That's Insane, But that final product really "shines" through don't it.

Glad you like the outcome Daryl, now keep it that way  :coolsmiley:

Yeah, about 10 hours just on the outside paint sounds about right, plus I spent an hour vaccuuming, probably another hour cleaning the interior, at least 4 hours cleaning out the door jambs (:uglystupid2: i know), I've got half the exterior trim treated, that will probably be just under 2 hours total (slow going making sure I don't get anything on the paint), and I still have yet to clean the engine bay

yeah.....we busted our asses  :crazy2:

btw, don't forget to check out my new thread over in the members rides gallery for the artsy fartsy pics

P.S.
Just as a refresher for those that don't know, I just found this pic of what the car looked like shortly after I bought it.

A nice matte finished rear end  :2funny:

there is no so far!  :-D  the exterior is done at this point....until I can afford to actually replace the banged up bumpers and repair a bit of rust damage around the wheel wells

DO IT!  I've got dings and scratches and chips galore...but you don't see them nearly as much when everything around it is a shiney reflection!
