I finally got a job interview!! I have had great relations with Aldi's over the years working on their equipment. Last week I was in Amsterdam and I was talking to Joe the store Manager[He and I are really cool with one another] , I stated to him while using his fax machine that work has been "totally shit!"

These guys this and these guys that, "I am gonna look for a new job,So it's been a pleasure servicing your store and bla bla bla " He turned around and said well "Aldi's is looking for Managers and I could put in the word for you!"
I was in Shock.. "Really!, of course I would be interested Joe!"

Joe then made me fill out a application for a Management Position with Aldi's on the spot and told me he would get me a interview with Ryan the District Regional Manager. The pay is basically 70k to 80k a year including bonuses!
The cool part is I could fix all my own shit at the store, the baler, the dock, Scanners, Computers.. Only thing I don't know is Refrigeration, and ofcourse I don't have a Electrical license to do any electrical work but.. that savings could turn into more bonus money!

I got a job interview tommorro in Amsterdam at 1pm!

I gotta go get a haircut and get my suit out of the closet, dust it off , Iron, and polish my shoes to a military shine.

I am sooo excited I might land this, I would love to tell these guys to shove it after fucking me in the ass for three years!

P.S. I used 2 weeks vacation time in May, work is SLLLLOOOOOWWWW and this is just what I need.

I actually just finished a work week 40 hours in 3 days due to quarterly PM'S at Lowes but that's it no more PM's to do..So Tommorro I have off due to this and then I get a call for a interview. I can totally commit to the appointment..

Their are like Six Aldi's store in the area so I wonder what store would be mine..LOL IF I got the job I would train with Joe for Two months Six days a week 55hrs a week with Sundays off. Then I would get my own store.. This is really really cool..
I could get outta debt in like a year , Fix my credit and get a HOUSE for my family!

Well Imitation Leather really don't like to shine, after you buff it the polish will not "Soak into the material" Each Shoe got Three Hours..
This is the best I could get them...

I use to charge 80.00 to polish Boots in the Navy, I made a killing but man my hand hurt for three days after each set.. LOL

Thanks.. I just finished putting my portfolio together.. Kinda to sell myself... Got past evals, 3 letters of recommendation, Admiral of the Pacific Fleet Navy letter of Commendation, ITT Transcript with attendance records.. and then some photos to close it up..

Well the interview went pretty smoothly, I think he took a liking to me. Ryan seemed to smile on my answers and say "Fair enough" a lot.

The job interview process is three interviews long, I will know by Tuesday of next week if I got a second interview. I think I may get one because he was asking if I could drive to Kingston and what my schedule was like next week also what hours would be best for me for the second interview.

Ryan did not even look at my Portfolio I brought but I did open it up and show him a few examples of my teamwork and leadership abilities since it is highlighted in my recent evaluations.. I will bring it to the next one, since their should be technically another individual their conducting the interview as well.

12-18mos Manager in Training before a multimillion dollar store is handed over... Excellent Health plan , Low cost to employees and was told Evals are given ever six months..

So now I wait...
