I would highly recommend GMS..You can get a catless TBE for like $425, and their catback is IDENTICAL to the cobb one.

Screw GMS.  You can get the exact same one off ebay for well under $300.  Same exact part, that GMS buys up and stamps their name on

here's a review thread on nasioc about the ebay cat-back, but the same company makes a DP as well

That's GMS' business plan...

They also just released their FMIC kit that they're charging a $100+ premium over XSPower (there's a GB on Nasioc where the first tier is $415, so you have to assume regular price will be $425+).

At least their name fits

I appreciate the offer, but from what I can deduce, it wouldn't be wise to throw a stage 2 map on a stock WRX, correct ?

I looked at the exhausts that Ebay has to offer....Big "Meh..".   I can't stand N1 style exhaust, even any single tip is a stretch for me.  No melon launchers for me.  My goal is to not be loud and obnoxious while driving, and the N1 style really gets the Boy Racer attention that I don't want.

StageII refers to a car with a de-catted uppipe and aftermarket downpipe. If you had those modifications, it would be the proper map for your car.

you're looking at the wrong one on eBay. they do have the melon launcher one, but they have another that is very stock looking.  .  Check out the one from JNAperformance.com it's the same one, but they only cary tghe cat-back if I remember right

That cat-back is kind of nice looking...  If I had to pick a single tip system, that one is a good look for me.  Prefer dual tip, but this is worth considering at the price point.

The JNA/GMS/Surewin/[Whatever other companies sell the same exhaust] is a solid option in terms of a subtle exhaust; the only issue I'd be worried about is material quality and rust with all the salt used during winter. At $250 or so, it's probably worth a shot, at least.

LOL not selling it. I have a perrin catless dp, a stock gutte up pipe, a replacement stock turbo, silicone turbo inlet and this exhaust to put on.....just need to finding a time to get it all done in one shot has been kinda difficult

besides, they're cheap enough that I wouldn't give any discount selling off an unused one anyway  :-P

Well, maybe in the next week or so I'll pick-up Freds Up/Down combo, and could help you put your stuff on.  Two people makes shit alot easier, and if you don't have a garage, we could use the lift at RPI, it's like 1 miles from my Apartment.

Fine.....don't sell it to me, be that way. lmao

Hey, noticed you were considering the Borla Hush.  I;ve got your car just a year newer and I have it...I love it.  I have no interest in loud but the deep rumbly tone of the hush is excellent.  My dog always knows I'm home!  Just get the adapter if you're getting a downpipe (which I'm sure you already knew).  Have fun!
