2008 2.5 impreza- NEEDS MORE POWER MODS.... help

Hey,
   I have a 2008 impreza 2.5 sedan.. and i have a Borla catback, a cold air.. and i really want to know what mods i can do to a N/A to make more power.. so if you know some plsssss get at me...

You are pretty limited but cams are your best bet. What intake? Equal length headers will give you some more power but not much. Catless. So yeah say good bye your warranty if you want power.

The only affordable mod is a Nitrous Oxide System.  Maybe a 50hp shot won't blow up the car.

For the money you'd put into every NA mod availible, you can buy a bugeye wrx as a 2nd car, and it'd still be faster.

There are quite a few options with improving an N/A Subaru but power is not a very feasible one.  I would either focus on what you can do with it (looks, sound, suspension) or sell/trade for a WRX.

less weight =  more power

Power to weight ratio

less rotational weight is even better.  lightened crank pulley (but stock diameter), plus the lightest rims you can get would probably make a noticable difference in the 'peppiness' of the car

Open source ECU tuning is also available http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2017329.  Overpriced, Rallitek Accessports might also be available...because there is a sucker born everyday...

WOOOO i have catless and subaru replaced parts in my tranny that blew for free. only had 20k on her when it happened. byron might remember i dont know how many other people do. this was back in 04 and most people were not on here.

Just be smart about what you put on thats all i ever say.
