Shooting
« on: October 07, 2010, 11:24:16 PM »
Ok i know this has been attempted with some fail and a little win. i just picked up a set of ruger .40cal carbines (yeah a set price was niiiice). Anywho id love to get togeather with a few people and give them a test run and also shoot some pistol aswell. i have more paper targets then you can shake a stick at. So Anyone down?? With no disrespect to anyone i dont want to go shoot with someone who can "borrow dads shotgun" looking for more experenced peeps and maybe a little comp for fun. If anyone has indoor access that would be the tits.

I'd like to get a Pistol Permit, but doubt I'll be allowed and I'm hesitant to even spend the $$ to find out.  I was a bit "out-of-hand" as a younger man.   :idiot2:    I need to move to a Southern State, or more rural county....

I live next to Partridge Run. Yes we still shoot here. I'd be down if you guys do this. Although its deer season so there are an ass ton of hunters up here.

Thanks for the heads up. Need to grab some 20g shells for skeet this weekend so hopefully they're on sale too.

Been shooting a lot more lately. Mostly just my .22 but also shot a long range gun (.284/7mm round for shots up to 900yds) and helped my uncle (who builds custom long range rifles) sight in his 338 1000yd competition gun. then yesterday, to get ready for my first deer hunting trip, I shot an old 32 special, a 12g slug gun, and a FAL.
Eric

Quote me now while I'm feeling good about it.  I've decided a WRX will be the vehicle that replaces the Jeep.  I can't see paying Evo prices or justifying purchasing a halfassed/beat to death example for the same asinine amount of money.  For an affordable, point to point, all-weather capable performance car, a wagon fits the bill.  A swapped wagon, even better.
