sup dawg.  welcome!!

you could PnP your turbo to lower your boost threshold.  Always a classy mod.  Wrap up your DP too.

2005 Saab 9-2x Aero 5MT (world rally satin gray), PnP turbo, Factory Gauges, F1 Racing flywheel, 3'' Catless DP, DOM Tuned Stage II, Hella Micro DE fogs, Ixiz, Koyo Rad, Impreza trunk tray FTW!!

Welcome to the forum  I promise you're not putting down 285whp with that setup. However, to get more power out of that setup you could buy bigger injectors and run e85. That would squeeze probably another 30whp and 50tq out of your setup with a tune :smitten:

PnP = Port and Polish.  Open up the inner diameter and increase flow

I didn't think any of the cobb maps supported fmic's?  is it custom tuned?  And why even run a fmic on a stock turbo?  it's not usually needed till you go a lot bigger

tien lowering springs

If I were modding this car, I would look for something else in the springs department, like Tanabe.  Sounds like you got a slick legacy though, post pics.

you can attach them to a message is you scroll down below the box you type in and hit Additional Options....but it's generally easier to use something like flikr, photobucket, or pics.shorty.org is run by the guy who owns this site and is free image hosting for use on this site only

advantages to NOT attaching them directly to the post in the Additional Options:  your pic will show up whatever size you make it, not a tiny thumbnail needing to be clicked and you can imbed the image anywhere you want in the message instead of having all pics down at the bottom

there really should be a write up about this posted as a sticky in this Newbs & FAQ's section (hint *cough*Dave?*cough* hint)

There's a set of Cobb springs for $40 for sale in the private FS section.  You should snatch them up!

stopping.  Better pads and higher quality fluid maybe?  the GT's brakes are pretty stout, but have weakass factory compound.

no, it was to the spammer that posted in the thread... that's why it was quoted in his post above what he said...

"Quote from: chierouro on July 28, 2011, 09:51:58 AM"

See where it says "quote from..." and then a username? In forums, that's usually done to indicate a response to a specific person or statement.

Also, not being a smartass, I know plenty of people are new to the whole forum thing.
Eric

Quote me now while I'm feeling good about it.  I've decided a WRX will be the vehicle that replaces the Jeep.  I can't see paying Evo prices or justifying purchasing a halfassed/beat to death example for the same asinine amount of money.  For an affordable, point to point, all-weather capable performance car, a wagon fits the bill.  A swapped wagon, even better.

yeah, it always gets confusing when the mods do their jobs, delete a spam post, but someone comments on it before it's deleted LOL
