Title: 2000 Forester struts on a 2003 ?
Post by: wheelbuilder_25 on June 11, 2018, 09:48:07 AM
My Dad's got rear struts left over from his 2000 Forester that he's hoping he could use on his 2003.  A quick part lookup shows different P/N's between these years.  I was wondering what the difference between them is ?  If he put both in, would the ride height and such work OK ?

Wil lose some height and might need to secure the rear brake hoses in the back. Top hats have to be changed as well

Fair enough, I don't think he needs a saggy butt.  I'll have him get the right parts.
