Parts ordered:
-Kartboy 02-07 WRX Wagon/ 93-01 Impreza All Front Endlinks
-"STI" Rota center cap stickers
-Gorilla Lugs w/key

I found the ordering process pain free, the site easy to navigate, and the shipping was fast and cheap.  However, there were 2 moderate problems with my order.  The endlinks came a-la-carte, no bolts/nuts/washers.  The 3 or 4 other sites I cross-shopped included them, as did the Ireland Engineering endlinks for the BMW that were half the price.  Also, the lugs are fantastic for the price, but they only shipped me 18 of them.  So, basic arithmetic:  not a strong point.  I'm sending a message to customer service today and will keep the thread updated with how they handle the situation.  Their prices were very good though.

Value:   4/5
Customer service:  (Pending)
Speed:  5/5
Accuracy:  3/5 (a small mistake but very basic)

Verdict:  Would order from again.  Things that don't involve counting.   :2funny:

I've bought quite a few items from these guys over the years, and yes, usually pretty good service and speed of shipment.
My last two orders this year did not go so well; ordered black radiator hoses and two 3 inch gaskets, received blue hoses and no gaskets. Then I ordered what was suppose to be an Sti v-limited lip and what came in the box was a joke!
Before this year I never had an issue with these guys! I hope they get their act together again!
