TPMS oddity

Can someone explain this?

My aftermarket wheels/tires had a sensor that would go off at 30PSI.  No biggie, but as the weather cooled down it would pop on and i would put in a few PSI.  When it hit 20s a few days ago it came on again.  PSI was 30 all around.  I was busy, and didn't get to it....

I bought stock 09 legacy setup because I am selling the car.  Swap them on and TPMS light went off.  Hu?  its been off for maybe 50 miles.   I never had it re-sync.

By some crazy coincidence, you bought back the original stock wheels from your car?
Lol seriously though, no idea. I'd let some air out of one to make sure it's actually seeing the sensors and fibrinogen properly though

Possibly,  though I did sell mine to a widebody WRX owner.   These I got off a legacy at a scrap yard.   That would be a coincidence!
Will a subaru remember 8 TPMS sensors?

TPMS light finally came on.  On my way back to Syracuse from Utica.  So it only took about 100 miles.

Pretty sure its only 8 sensors. My dad has 3 sets of rims, and had to get a tool to recalibrate them. (2015 XV)
