Feal Suspension

Initial Customer Service Review and Info:
Located in Ontario, CA. They rebuild/revalve auto and dirtbike suspension components. They will do just about whatever you desire. For 04-07 STi owners they have a revalve service for front and rear struts. 08+ they do fronts only at the time of this writing. You can choose a tarmac set-up, dirt, drift, rally-x, auto-x, DD and so on. They will revalve for use with your OE springs or aftermarket. Great people to deal with. Call Odi at 661.435.0922 / odi@fealsuspension.com
I sent him an email one day about getting things started and I had a few questions, phone rang not 20 seconds after I hit send. Real nice guy too. If you are in a real rush, you can just box everything up, throw in a note with all your contact info and what you want done and they will call you when they get it. Turn around time is typically 2 days. Prepare to be  :-o when the UPS peeps give you the total if you want your parts there lickity split. I thought i would be overnighting today and have it there monday morning because its friday, ummm, yea, it will be there end of day on tuesday.
This is a great option for non-coilover wanters.

I will update after road test!

I overnighted a H/U to Dallas on Wednesday through USPS, and it was $50. I can only imagine what UPS would charge for four struts...

Update:
Anyone who is interested in doing this prepare to have your car on stands for 2 weeks.
2-3 days to get there, 2 days of work, and about a week back via FedEx.
Should be totally worth it though!

FedEx showed up mad late yesterday, it was nearly 7pm. Installed everything last night, torqued the lowers, abs lines, brakes lines, then got her on the ground today and torqued up the tops. Everything was shipped really well, packaged nice and tight. Housings have been painted a nice gloss black. Picked up a set of Eibachs for a song so thats whats she sittin on now until I can get a set of RCE's in there. I noticed the taps for the zerks fittings had no zerk fittings in them, gave Odi a buzz and he said they must had been left out after they were painted and he will be sending a set today. Threw in a set for now. The rest of the install took some wiggle and jiggle but went rather smoothly, Anti-Seize FTW. Havent gone for a spin yet, curious how the alignment will be. I marked the camber bolts and they are back spot on, but we shall see. Drop is 25mm front, 20mm rear so Im sure its a little off.

Outta the Box

Install time

Zerk Fittings face rewards

The 17mm allen key/socket jam has been removed and replaced with a plug that is not to be removed says Feal.

Back on solid ground

How are you liking the Feal setup? I've got a lot of travel and noise in my STi v7 struts and I'm considering a replacement or an upgrade.

It's fantastic, even with eibachs (rce soon). All clunks are totaly gone and the ride is smooth. Those jarring raised bumps are sucked up nicely and the floaty aftermath effect post bump is gone. After large bumps the car use to minorly wave up and down 2-3 times in decreasing fashion as usual, now it's bump, up, down, settled. Pot hole type bumps and undulations get absorbed much quicker and the car tracks nice and true. There is less roll and dive and less squat as well upon take off. Bootin around the twisties, it just feels more planted and solid without being harsh.
If you are interested definitely give them a call, they can build them however you want!

I had them valved as their 'Tarmac Spec' for use with the blacks. Odi said the the stock springs or eibachs would work fine until then.
